Livin’ La Vida Yoga

1. Stop for TWO minutes, FIVE times per day, and just BE.

2. Rise early, retire early.

3. Practice extended prayer and meditation periods (thirty minutes to an hour).

4. Observe yourself: thoughts, feelings, body motion, and instinctual desires.

5. Remember “I AM HERE.”

6. Exercise for several periods everyday, especially morning and evening.

7. Eat fresh, living foods in peace.

8. Love as much as you can. Practice “instant forgiveness” when possible.

9. Serve life on Earth. Do this most by developing inner being.

10. BREATHE CONSCIOUSLY. This will provide extra energy for heart and brain.

11. Teach and heal. Really LISTEN for the needs of self and others.

12. Ask for help immediately when you know you need it. Give help the same way.

13. Clear yourself with your friends, family, co-workers, of anything preventing open communication; conscience will be cleared, your heart unafraid.

14. Be fun, childlike and happy to be Alive everyday.

15. Read and listen to words that have profound, inspiring and lasting meaning.

16. be with the most enlightened people you can. Be one yourself.

17. Avoid things that deplete your energy: drugs, booze, too much T.V. or movies, cigarettes, self-loathing moods, “rush hour”, “the news”, negative attitudes, etc. When you find these conditions, forgive, stop and move on.

18. Spend as much time as you can in Nature.

19. Be certain that the people in your life support your conscious evolution toward higher, happier and healthier way of Being. Be such a person to others.

20. Freely use whatever practices that have proven to move you through life in a positive way.
